Shipping policy

All orders placed by 11am weekdays will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following day. 

All standard shipping orders will be shipped using Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $150.

Once your parcel leaves our store it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post. If you experience any delays, please contact us at poppyandlolash@gmail.com.
